The story of the fig tree is always fascinating to me. I am always praying for help to be fruitful. I do not want to be a disappointment to those who are expecting something from me. I can only imagine the pain our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ went through when he couldn't find a single fig on that tree. He cursed it.
My prayer everyday is not to be a disappointment to those expecting something from me, in season and out of season.
I shall not be barren. I will be fruitful in all areas of my life. In my ministry, in my circular job, as a mother, as a friend, as a child, as a sister and as a wife I will be fruitful. Good works shall be my portion in Jesus' name.
Deuteronomy 7:14 (New King James Version)
"You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you or among your livestock."
Exodus 23:25 (New King James Version)
"“So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you."
These are the promises of God to the seed of Abraham. Because I am his I have a right to claim each and every word and pray it into my life. Galatians 3:29 (New King James Version)
"And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."
My prayer and aim is to get rid of all the hinderances to fruitfulness. These could be physical, mental or spiritual limitations that can block my way from enjoying and exercising the authority conferred to me by God.
Matthew 12:29 (New King James Version)
"Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house."
Do not worry if you have been called forsaken because your name has been changed now to sought out. Halleluia!!!!
Here are my special keys to fruitfulness
1) You must be born again
2)Be ready and committed to live a holy life.
Your life does not belong to you any more. It is no longer in your hands. Allow God to order your steps daily and always, and not when you feel like it.
4) Be prepared to be an entirely new creature. People will comment but do not worry about them
5) Live a life of prayer, fasting, worship, praise and service to God
6)look up and gain knowledge of who God is, what he expects from you and what he can do for you.
7)Have faith in God and believe that, that which he said he will do , he will do, if you faint not.
8) Wait for the promise and be anxious for nothing.
9)Yor confession is important to God. Call your miracle to being and don't ever doubt or waiver
